David Wissbroecker is an experienced litigator focusing his practice on corporate governance and securities litigation, with particular depth in Delaware Chancery Court matters. He brings significant experience in derivative and deal litigation, including demands made pursuant to Section 220 of the Delaware General Corporation Law and cases involving special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs). Mr. Wissbroecker has litigated shareholder class actions and derivative matters in Delaware and other jurisdictions against numerous high-profile companies, including Dole, Kinder Morgan, Del Monte Foods, SCANA, Websense, Harman, Precision Castparts, Dollar General, Onyx, and Gardner Denver. Throughout his career, Mr. Wissbroecker has worked to shape and enforce corporate governance practices that protect shareholders and hold corporate boards and executives accountable, representing both institutional investors and individual shareholders in securities class actions concerning mergers and acquisitions.
